Next session on Saturday, September 21, at 10:30 am, at Farrapas Housing Complex
After the Cruz de Pau Housing Complex, next Saturday, September 21st, at 10:30 am, the Farrapas Housing Complex, in Perafita, will host another session of the “Learning to eat with the best” action, within the scope of the PAOITI Training Academy - Integrated Operations Action Plan in Disadvantaged Communities of the Intervention Territory.
This will be the second showcooking of a total of 12 that will reach housing complexes and markets in Pelotas between September 2024 and February 2025, with the aim of bringing some of the municipality's typical cuisine to these places and promoting the adoption of healthier eating habits and better gastronomic practices.
The activities are always guided by the resident chef, Hélio Loureiro, and a guest chef and include tasting the dishes that will be prepared.
Last Saturday, in Cruz de Pau, Hélio Loureiro invited Chef Justa Nobre to rescue recipes and flavors based on the municipality's greatest assets - fish and the sea. In the session next Saturday, September 21, in Farrapas, Hélio Loureiro will be accompanied by chief Renato Cunha.
