The Future of Gastronomy

Matosinhos, in line with its gastronomic vocation and persistent public policy of promoting gastronomy, embraces the principles of the UNESCO Creative Cities Network, expressing interest in deepening the positioning of creativity as a strategic factor for its sustainable development. In this sense, a plan of action consisting of local and international projects is presented, which the city commits to implementing in order to achieve the UCCN's objectives.
